The Rusty Roost started with one belief: fast food does not have to taste fast. We hand-bread every piece of chicken in small batches, sauce it in-house, and serve it hot from a kitchen you can see from the counter. What began as a single Cornelius storefront has grown into a Lake Norman favorite, without losing the crunch.
